Our membership and board member representation within the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) ensures that our processes and procedures are fully compliant with the DM code of practice and protect consumers from becoming victims of inappropriate or unethical behaviour. Conforming to Pan-European legislation within the direct marketing industry is also critical to our business which is why we are also members of the Federation of European Direct and Interactive Marketing. The FEDMA is dedicated to building the business of cross-border direct marketing.
We are authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) under part IV of the FSMA, which enables us to undertake regulated mortgage, investment and general insurance business on behalf of our Clients. 2Touch is also dedicated to aligning itself with the FSA Handbook’s principle of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’. This principle aims to raise standards in the way organisations carry out their business by introducing changes that will benefit consumers and increase their confidence in the financial services industry.
