We have recently completed a comprehensive study which focused on the customer management issues and challenges facing financial services companies today and in the near future. This involved asking 150 of the country’s leading financial service businesses to provide further insight into their customer strategies with a specific focus on the customer lifecycle including acquisition, customer servicing, growth and retention. The research has been completed and the results are now available.
