Outbound Sales Call Centre Advisor

The role of an Outbound Sales Call Centre Advisor at 2Touch is to act as an initial point of contact for potential customers. The role includes identifying customer needs, promoting appropriate products and services and attaining customer commitment as well as sales closure.Candidates must be customer-focused in order to achieve the high quality service that 2Touch is committed to.In order to ensure that the core values of the client programme are embraced and adhered to, candidates must also have a strong competency in customer service and relationship management.
