New appointment drives contact centre forward

Sunderland-based contact centre and marketing services fulfilment company, 2Touch, has announced the appointment of Steven Dole as sales executive.

Steven, who has 20 years experience in the outsourcing industry, joins 2Touch from Promotional Logistics Ltd (Prolog), where he was sales manager.

Steven brings a wealth of expertise, including social media, ecommerce, managing product fulfilment and data capture. He has also successfully managed customer acquisition, service, growth and retention programmes.

Steven said: “I will be working with my colleagues to introduce the 2Touch contact centre and fulfilment services to a new audience. We’ve got fantastic facilities here in Sunderland and I think our fulfilment operation is one of the best kept secrets in the industry – I will be doing everything I can to let the cat out of the bag!
