2Touch retains ISO 9001:2008 accreditation

We are delighted to announce that following our most recent audit 2Touch has retained the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation for a further three years. The accreditation recognises the highest standards in quality.

The registration schedule for accreditation covers all areas of the promotional fulfilment (including data entry) and mail order operation, including pick/pack and despatch functions, contact centre activities and account management. 

Stuart Gray, 2Touch Managing Director was delighted with the news stating that "Renewal of the accreditation is so important for the business and confirms high quality process standards are being followed and approved by this recognised standard".
