New appointment will unlock opportunities

Sunderland-based contact centre and marketing fulfilment company 2Touch, has announced the appointment of Michael Stewart, as business development manager.

He brings with him a wealth of expertise in operations, telephony, fulfillment and data analytics. Michael was previously with 2Touch for four years, leaving in 2002 to join Call Credit Information Group.

Michael said: “I am delighted to be back at 2Touch. I will be working closely with my colleagues to drive the business forward by offering contact centre and fulfillment services to new audiences.
“We will be engaging with potential organisations within specific vertical markets such as telecoms. We have fantastic facilities, a great team of people and the desire and commitment to add value to our customers.”
