Sunderland-based contact centre and fulfilment specialist 2Touch is celebrating after securing a five-year contract with fast-growing e-commerce retailer Duvet and Pillow Warehouse (DAPW).
2Touch will be providing marketing and product fulfilment services to assist DAPW with its ambitious programme.
Established in 2006, DAPW is committed to producing the finest duvets and pillows, at the lowest prices available in the UK. Boasting a range of over 500 products, DAPW has experienced annual growth in excess of 40%, this year reaching the point where it was necessary to find a new fulfilment partner that could offer the facilities, systems and experience to help take it to the next level.
