2Touch is one of the UK’s leading outsourcing providers specialising in fully integrated contact centre, response handling and fulfilment services.The core of 2Touch is our purpose-built contact centre and fulfilment facility at Doxford Technology Park in Sunderland. We employ almost 1,000 staff, dealing with a wide range of communication activities from inbound customer relationship management and advice lines, to outbound sales and research activity.

At 2Touch we understand the importance of good communication.  It is  critical to maintain a customer relationship, and recognise that every interaction with a customer, whatever the channel, needs to be handled with the utmost care and respect. That’s why some of the world’s biggest brands trust us to manage over 15 million calls and 5 million emails a year.

Over the past 40-years 2Touch has grown from a traditional direct mailing house to a multichannel contact centre and fulfilment specialist that is people-focused and technology-rich,- but not technology-led.
