Stuart Gray – Managing Director

Stuart joined Acxiom in June 1999, with a brief to devise and build a brand for their fulfilment and telephony business. This brand developed as 2Touch and currently is seen as a leader within multichannel contact centre specialists within the UK.

Stuart’s experience incorporates over 25 years in customer service delivery, holding senior management positions with The Provident Financial Group; McIntyre and King and Mailcom plc.

Lynne Gray – Client Relationship Director

Lynne joined Acxiom early in 1999, initially with responsibility for client relations and new business sales. Lynne’s experience is in leading client relations – developing business strategies, improving client return on investment and building better customer experience through great service delivery.

Lynne plays a key role in building the 2Touch brand, including a lead operational role within our fulfilment, warehousing and logistic services. Her experience allows clients to benefit from issues they currently face – acquiring new customers, retaining them and continuously looking to improve customer contact service.

Neil Rushton – Head of IT Services

Neil has over 15 years of experience within IT management and systems integration, he has worked within the business since 2002 and provides, along with his supporting team, 2Touch’s IT strategy, concepts, design and delivery. Neil has an ability to describe complex technical solutions in plain English for us all to understand, always very useful in this field! In his role, Neil manages and implements systems and network infrastructure across Europe and Northern America, often within very challenging timescales.

He has hands-on knowledge of the issues surrounding data security, working closely with his colleagues across the globe to ensure we adhere to strict management protocols.

Lisa Stones – Head of Business Operations

Lisa has been with 2Touch since 2002, joining as a Client Relationship Manager before overseeing the contact centre and then moving into the role of Business Operations Manager in 2010. She is instrumental in implementing all telephony and fulfilment based campaigns and is responsible for all contracts, commercials, and new business implementation.

Lisa is also responsible for the management of the recruitment and training teams, ensuring that we recruit a high calibre of staff for our clients.

Craig Hardy – Head of Contact Centres

Craig joined 2Touch in February 2010 but was already familiar with the company and many of its employees as he had held the Outbound Contact Centre Manager position some 10 years before. He has many years of experience in the sector and has been internationally recognised for his success over the years, winning many awards such as the ‘Leader of the Year’ EMEA Region at the 2009 Contact Centre World Awards and ‘Professional Manager of the Year’ at the 2008 CCA Awards.

He holds direct leadership responsibility for all contact centre personnel, functioning across a multi-client base within the inbound and outbound contact centres. He aims to devise, implement and engage operational teams in delivering a truly world-class customer service and sales experience across each and every touch point.

Yvonne Charlton - HR Manager

Yvonne is the longest serving member of our senior management team having joined 2Touch in 1980 and now heads up our human resources team. She has vast experience in human resources and people development and uses her knowledge and skills daily to ensure that our employees have a happy working environment. As part of her day-to-day role, she is responsible for rolling out all new and updated HR policies and procedures as well as ensuring adherence to all employment legislation.
